PRIVACY POLICY
Your information should have a job.
FLTAI is operated by Phypsycal Polytech. We collect and process information only for defined purposes such as running your account, providing Frank, maintaining authorized conversation memory, processing payments, sending transactional email, and protecting the service. We do not sell your personal information or use private conversations for advertising or marketing profiles.
Effective October 12, 2026
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an FLTAI account, we collect the information needed to create, authenticate, and operate it. This may include your name or preferred name, email address, password hash, verification status, subscription status, credit balance, billing identifiers, login and security records, and other necessary account metadata. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes rather than readable plaintext.
Conversation information
When you use Frank, FLTAI stores the conversation so you can return to it. Conversation titles and messages are encrypted at rest. FLTAI may also maintain a separate Memory Bank containing selected information from eligible conversations when that information is useful for continuity in later conversations. Memory is separate from the transcript.
Technical information
FLTAI uses essential session and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect account access. Our servers and infrastructure providers may also process ordinary technical request information such as timestamps, IP addresses, browser or user-agent information, requested pages, and error or security events when needed to operate and protect the service.
2. How Frank processes a conversation
Frank is powered by FLTAI, Phypsycal Polytech's behavioral and orchestration system. An external inference provider supplies the underlying model computation. FLTAI determines what conversation material and contextual information are sent for a response.
A request may include your current message, recent conversation context, relevant Memory Bank information, and the instructions necessary for Frank to respond. FLTAI does not intentionally send your account record, payment information, password, account-to-user identity mapping, or unrelated private context to the inference provider.
FLTAI applies masking to recognized account-identifying information before inference. Information that you voluntarily type into a conversation may still be included in the content needed to answer that conversation, so you should not enter passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other secrets into Frank.
3. Live web retrieval and the retention tradeoff
Frank can use current web information when a response needs up-to-date or externally verified facts. To make that possible, FLTAI currently uses Mistral AI's web-enabled Conversations service for Frank responses.
FLTAI sends those requests with persistent Mistral conversation storage disabled
(store=false). That prevents FLTAI from asking Mistral to create a
reusable stored conversation resource. We do not, however, describe this
web-enabled processing path as Zero Data Retention. It does not provide
FLTAI with the same ZDR assurance available on eligible non-web inference paths.
This is a deliberate product tradeoff. Live retrieval gives Frank the ability to verify current information instead of pretending that older model knowledge is current. In exchange, conversation content sent through that web-enabled path is processed under Mistral's applicable service terms and retention practices.
FLTAI minimizes what it sends. Account identity records, billing information, and unrelated conversation or Memory Bank content are not intentionally included for web retrieval. Relevant conversation content may still be processed by Mistral to generate the response and, when retrieval is used, to obtain current information.
4. Conversation history and Memory Bank
Conversation history and Memory Bank information serve different purposes. The transcript is the conversation record you can view, archive, download, or delete. Memory is selected contextual information that may help Frank maintain useful continuity across conversations.
Deleting a conversation removes that retained transcript from FLTAI's active conversation records. It does not automatically delete information that was already incorporated into the separate Memory Bank. Later corrections or memory-control instructions may supersede, restrict, or remove remembered information separately from transcript deletion.
5. Payments and credits
FLTAI uses Stripe to process subscriptions, credit purchases, billing management, and authorized automatic top-offs. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by FLTAI. FLTAI keeps the transaction identifiers, subscription state, purchase records, credit information, and other billing data needed to operate your account and reconcile payments.
6. Transactional email
FLTAI uses Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) for transactional messages such as email verification, password reset, and account or security notices. The email address and message content necessary to deliver those communications are provided to the email service for that purpose.
FLTAI does not use transactional email to build advertising profiles from your private conversations.
7. How we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to:
- create, authenticate, secure, and maintain your account;
- provide Frank and maintain authorized conversational continuity;
- meter credits and operate subscriptions and purchases;
- send required transactional and security communications;
- detect abuse, fraud, technical failures, and security problems;
- comply with lawful obligations and protect the service and its users.
8. What we do not do
Phypsycal Polytech does not sell your private conversation content or personal information to advertisers. FLTAI does not use private conversations to create advertising profiles, target ads, maximize engagement, or manufacture artificial familiarity. FLTAI has no advertising-supported business model.
Phypsycal Polytech does not use your private Frank conversations to train its own general-purpose AI model.
9. Service providers
FLTAI relies on a limited set of outside providers to perform specific operational functions. These currently include Mistral AI for model inference and web-enabled retrieval, Stripe for payments, Amazon SES for transactional email, and hosting or infrastructure providers required to operate FLTAI.net.
Each provider receives only the information needed for the function it performs, subject to FLTAI's technical controls and the provider's applicable terms. No outside provider becomes the owner of FLTAI's behavioral system, Memory Bank authority, or account decision-making merely because it supplies an infrastructure service.
10. Security
FLTAI uses HTTPS for network transport, secure authentication cookies, one-way password hashing, access controls, and authenticated encryption for stored Frank conversations and Memory Bank content. Current private conversation and memory records use AES-256-GCM encryption at rest.
No security system can guarantee absolute protection. FLTAI is designed to reduce unnecessary exposure, separate account identity from AI processing, and limit access to information according to its operational purpose.
11. Retention and deletion
We retain account information while an account is active and as needed to operate subscriptions, security, billing, and legal obligations. Conversation transcripts remain available until you delete them. Memory Bank information follows separate memory controls because it is distinct from the transcript.
Some transaction, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or legal records may need to be retained after other account information is deleted when there is a legitimate operational or legal reason to do so. Third-party providers may also retain data according to their own applicable terms, including the web-enabled Mistral processing described above.
12. Your choices
You can archive, download, and delete individual Frank conversations through the conversation controls. Billing and available credit controls are managed through your FLTAI account. If you need an account or privacy request that is not available through the interface, use the contact method published on FLTAI.net.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when FLTAI's services, providers, or privacy practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, by providing additional notice through the service.
14. Contact
FLTAI is operated by Phypsycal Polytech. Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the contact method on the Phypsycal website.
